Rental Information
What is included in our Villa Rental Rates?
The rental rate for the Villa includes the rental of the entire Villa including the pool, ping pong table, kayaks, fire pit and gazebo.
It also includes four full-time staff who will pamper you: a cook, a housekeeper, a bartender/butler and a night watchman. While Miss Bev will be pleased to prepare all your meals and Randy would be pleased to mix you a delicious drink, you are responsible for the cost of your own groceries.
Prices do not include the 15% tax or Gratuity
Check In and Check Out
You may check-in to the Villa after 3:00pm on your scheduled date of arrival. You must leave the Villa by 11:00am on your scheduled date of departure. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be arranged in advance but are at the sole discretion of the owners.
Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy for the Villa is 8 guests (including children and babies).
There is an additional fee of US$50/night per guest over 8 up to a maximum of a total of 10 people staying. We must be informed of this at the time of booking.
Further, guests not staying at the Villa are not permitted to attend the Villa property.
Staff Gratuity
The rental rate for the Villa includes four full-time staff from Great Bay: a cook, a housekeeper, a bartender and a night watchman.
In appreciation for the pampering and care you will receive from the staff, we recommend a 15% gratuity (i.e. 15% of the total rental rate for the Villa to be divided between all staff). You may pay the gratuity directly to the staff in Cash (USD/Jamaican Dollar) upon your departure (either to individual staff members or the head of house – Miss Bev – to be divided equally between staff members).
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Deposit and Payment
To secure your reservation a refundable US$500 damage protection deposit is due at the time of booking and will be refunded following your stay if the Villa is left in good condition.
Unless booking through VRBO, guests must pay for their full stay upfront via Bank Transfer
Cancellation Policy
For low season reservations, you may cancel your reservation up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival and receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation 14 to 30 days before your scheduled arrival, you will receive a refund of 50%. There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival.
All high season reservations are non-refundable.
Low Season – April 15 to December 15 (except reservations occurring over Easter and American Thanksgiving).
