Meals

While staying at Out of the Blue Villa, Beverly and Philip will be pleased to prepare all your meals for you. 

To assist the staff in preparing for your stay, we will send you a menu selection form for you to fill out and send back to us at: info@outofthebluevilla.com.

Using this meal plan, the staff will provide the service of stocking the Villa with food and drink before your arrival. 

They will purchase fresh fish, conch* and lobster* from the fishermen on the beach in front of the Villa and fresh fruit and vegetables from the local market and vendors.

*Conch season: March to end of July 

*Lobster Season: end of Summer to early Spring

When you arrive at the Villa, the staff will ask you to reimburse them for the cost of groceries (they will provide you with an itemized receipt). Such payment to the staff must be made in cash.

While the cost of food varies depending on the number of people and the type of meals you choose, guests are usually pleasantly surprised at the cost of their groceries. We recommend you budget the same amount for the cost of groceries as you would for similar options if your were cooking/buying them at home (with the exception of the imported alcohol, as indicated in the form).

Of course, after you have settled into the Villa and relaxed, Miss Bev will discuss meal arrangements with you in more detail. Please note, availability of your requested meals is not guaranteed. Some substitutions may need to be made by the staff depending on what is available and fresh in the local markets.

Also, the meals in the form are just suggestions. If there are other meals that you would prefer, please do not hesitate to ask for them.
