OUT OF THE BLUE VILLA

If it was not for the wide wide sandy beach, the crystal clear pool at Out Of The Blue would be the Caribbean Sea… Blue is THAT close to the sparkling ocean! An acre and a half of privacy with silky toe digging sands taking you straight into the perfect waters of the Caribbean.

OUR STAFF

Our staff of five all 'hail from' Great Bay. Friendly and interesting, proud and fun – they will help make sure that you are looked after as much or as little as you want to be. Your own pre-order of food and drink will be at the Villa before you arrive, there is no extra charge for this service-you just settle the cost as purchased.

FROM FARM TO FORK

St Elizabeth is considered the bread basket of Jamaica – all fruit and vegetables are purchased from the local farmers, all meats and eggs are supplied by the owner’s sustainable farm in the hills of Westmoreland. Farm To Fork – for every meal! As the fishing boats pull up on the sand of the fishing beach at the east end of the bay - your catch of the day becomes your delicious home cooked dinner… Ocean To Table… Sea Crab, Lobster and Conch (Both Seasonal) and always the Freshest Fish.

SO MANY THINGS TO DO

Boogie Board and Body Surfing on the gentle waves, take a Kayak out to the cave at the Bluff, snorkel where the Pelicans dive for fish. Build a sand castle, read, talk, laugh, play games, eat, drink and relax.

NIGHTTIME...

Watch the sea turn to molten gold by the setting sun and then to silver by the radiant moon. Build a bonfire, watch the stars, sleep, dream and recharge.
